Do not substitute a Las Vegas reference for a rural Nevada address
Nevada has seventeen county or equivalent rows in this workbook. Clark County uses the Las Vegas-Henderson-North Las Vegas area, Washoe uses the Reno area, and Carson City has its own row. A Nevada mailing address alone is too broad to identify a rent benchmark. Find the actual location, then read the five bedroom columns for that row.
